We will send you an order confirmation email once your order has been received; this confirms receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped within the United Kingdom only, subject to our order cut-off times, handling, and transit periods. Full details are available in our Shipping Policy. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed; BritWear is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays or extreme weather.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, you may be eligible to return or exchange your item(s) in accordance with our Refund Policy, which sets out the return window, product condition requirements, and refund process.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, including your right to cancel certain orders within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
