At BritWear, we want your shopping experience to be as smooth as possible from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver orders, and what you can expect at every step.
1. Where We Ship
We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. If your delivery address is outside the UK, we're unable to fulfil your order at this time — but we're working on expanding to new destinations, so check back soon.
2. Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT), Monday through Friday, are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT), or on a weekend or UK public holiday, will begin processing the next available business day.
3. Order Processing (Handling Time)
Once your order is placed, our team gets to work preparing it for shipment. Handling typically takes 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and UK public holidays. During this time, we carefully pick, quality-check, and pack your items to make sure they arrive in perfect condition.
You'll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your purchase is complete, and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.
4. Transit Time
After your order has been dispatched, standard transit time is 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday). Transit time begins once your parcel is handed over to our shipping carrier and does not include the handling time described above.

Please note that estimated delivery windows are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as courier delays, severe weather, or high-volume periods (e.g. sales events and holidays).
5. Shipping Costs
We're pleased to offer free shipping on all orders delivered within the United Kingdom. No minimum order value is required — the cost of shipping is calculated and included at checkout with no surprise fees.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's journey in real time. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us at contact@britwear.shop and we'll look into it right away.
7. Delayed, Lost, or Missing Orders
While the vast majority of orders arrive within the estimated delivery window, we understand that delays can occasionally happen once a parcel is in the hands of our shipping carrier.
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact our customer service team at contact@britwear.shop with your order number. We'll investigate with our carrier and work with you to find a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the outcome of the investigation.
8. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we are unable to modify an order once it has entered processing. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@britwear.shop and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch. BritWear is not responsible for orders delayed or misdelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
9. Damaged or Defective Items on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged or an item is found to be defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@britwear.shop, including your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. For full details on defective items, please see our Refund Policy.
